The development of teacher housing on Nandewar Street is taking shape, with framework now well in place.
Units are being constructed at 35E Nandewar Street with an additional group of units also being developed at the nearby site of 35B Nandewar Street.
The units are being constructed for the state’s Teacher Housing Authority.
The authority forms part of Housing Services, which also includes police housing.
Housing Services supports rural and remote communities in NSW by providing and maintaining a quality housing service for teachers and members of the NSW Police Force.
