Families filled Narrabri High School’s Betty Berriman hall to celebrate students’ success at the annual presentation night.

Awards were presented across all year levels and paid tribute to the students’ extraordinary efforts across all subjects.

Incoming school captains Pearl Fuller and Lachlan Eather welcomed guests to the presentation. The incoming school leaders were presented with their badges during the investiture.

Menzie Baker-Harvey and Zeiken Green-Murray delivered the welcome to country which was followed by the National Anthem, led by the Narrabri High School band.

Principal Simon Warden addressed the gathering before the presentation of awards.

Students were acknowledged in the presentation of special awards, sports awards and year level awards.

Community representatives were invited to present awards to students with Narrabri High School staff.

This year saw the return of the presentation of the Narrabri High School medal, the first time the medals have been awarded since 2019. The medals acknowledge excellence across RISE (respect, involvement, success and engagement).

Breaks between categories allowed presentation night-goers to be entertained by musical performances.

The evening ended with a performance of ‘Say a Little Prayer’.
