Narrabri Shire Council will hold community meetings in Pilliga and Gwabegar on Thursday.
Council advised the two villages that staff from the tourism and community development team would be meeting with community members as part of its ‘Your Village Matters’ program.
The meetings are an opportunity to discuss community events, town signage and council plans such as the Reconciliation Action Plan and development of the Narrabri Shire Youth Strategy.
A community meeting will be held at the Pilliga Hall on Thursday, March 28, from 10am, and then at the Gwabegar Hall on the same day, from 12pm.
Refreshments will be provided at the two meetings.
