Thumbs up to the council for operating a well run Narrabri rubbish tip. But thumbs down for being asked to pay a fee when I tried to take a dead cat out to the tip. The charge was going to be $12 to leave the cat there. I was really doing my civic duty in removing it from the street and don’t feel there should be a charge for removing what would have soon become very smelly.
