A 46-year-old man has had his licence suspended following a mid-range drink driving detection.
The man was stopped on Cooma Road at 11.45pm on January 9.
He returned a positive roadside detection, with a blood alcohol reading of 0.092 – almost twice the legal limit of 0.05.
The man received a licence suspension as well as a court attendance notice.
He was also charged with additional traffic offences.
