Around 8.40am, on Saturday, April 19, a Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to a horse riding accident near Come by Chance.
A woman in her 40s was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for multiple injuries before being transported to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital.
