The Rural Crime Prevention Team – NSW Police Force attached to the Oxley Police District at Gunnedah are seeking information from the public in relation to the theft of around 300 mixed aged sheep from a rural property on the Newell Highway, Narrabri.

The sheep were allegedly stolen between February 2025 and May 2025.

They are ‘Australian Whites’ and predominantly ewes, with a smaller number of weaners and lambs amongst them.

Some of the sheep will be ear tagged with a black or red tag with NG452085, and ‘Johnstone’ recorded on them.
