Martha Harvey to make Dangar Park return with NSW Waratahs

Former Narrabri Blue Boar Martha Harvey will make her third Dangar Park Santos Festival of Rugby appearance when the NSW Waratahs meet the Queensland Reds in this weekend’s women’s match.

After lining up for her hometown club in sevens action in 2021 and then playing a part in the Waratahs’ inaugural Santos Super W Cup victory in 2023, the 21-year-old will feature for NSW again in front of a home crowd on Saturday afternoon.

Harvey has been named in the number 21 jersey and is one of three hometown heroes who will run out onto Dangar Park for the Waratahs, including her brother Sid Harvey and his Super Rugby teammate Joey Fowler.

NSW prevailed 13-5 in Narrabri back in 2023 and then trounced the Reds 29-0 in Roma last year.
