Celebrations were in full swing at Whiddon yesterday as Elaine Jones OAM celebrated the remarkable milestone of her 103rd birthday.
Mrs Jones has called Whiddon Narrabri home since April 2023 after living in the self care units since the 1980s. She is known for her positive outlook, strong community spirit, and dedication to family and social causes throughout her life.
She credits her long and happy life to her positive outlook, social engagement, and community involvement – qualities she continues to embody every day.
