Narrabri Shared Table held a Christmas lunch at the Presbyterian Church on Friday, December 5, for anyone in the community ready to get in the festive spirit.
There were 60 attendees at the lunch all dressed in their red and green, to support the wonderful community non-for-profit organisation Shared Table.
Committee member Joan Griffiths said it was great to see our locals come together, with great company and delicious food.
“I’d like to thank and acknowledge all those who made it happen, especially our local supermarkets who supplied all the food,” Joan said.
“So far this year, the supermarkets combined have provided 22.5 tonnes of food for Shared Table to supply the community with.
“We would also like to acknowledge NDCAS who donate generous amounts of food to Shared Table.”
