The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to a property southeast of Boggabri at 10am on Friday, December 26.
A woman aged in her 30s sustained serious multiple injuries after falling from a horse.
The patient was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital.
