I can’t let this day go without expressing my appreciation to the years of amazing service given to Narrabri as a community and to me personally of Robyn Collett and Sue Newton.
As someone who has always been involved with community organisations, I have always been able to rely on Robyn to help me produce the right article at all times.
Not enough folk appreciate the work the team at The Courier has produced over the years and as someone who has worked in the newspaper industry, I think it is a shame that that is so.
Sue is front-line and that is also very vital.
Always obliging and always available to assist at all times, she will be missed for her years of service which is to be acknowledged.
Finally can I say the role of regional newspapers is to be celebrated and preserved, and congratulations on your role as editor Dylan Smith, and the amazing contribution to our community.
