NARRABRI Elevens Football Club delivered a stellar performance on Saturday 4 July, beating Narrabri FC 6-0 at Hogan Oval under the lights.

“A great start to the game with a few early goals, we dropped off a little bit towards half-time,” said Narrabri Elevens coach Rowan Keeler.

 

The halftime score was 3-0.

“At the half, we had a good discussion and really focused on a few things that needed work and had a really good second half,” added Keeler.

“Our players’ player was Ollie Stait, who always makes a large impact in our squad.

“We head into a bye this weekend, and the next few games will be big for us to set the standard we are trying to set.”

The goal scorers for the Narrabri Elevens were Rowan Keeler, Jordan Hannaford, Ollie Stait, Zac Stait, Danny Anderson and Callum Craigie.

Despite the result, Narrabri FC coach Steph Stride said she was pleased with the effort her team displayed and the improvement on the field.

Narrabri FC goalkeeper Zak Putra was awarded the Dominos Narrabri player of the match for some great saves and Judah Stuart won players’ player.
