Senior citizens theme a winner at bingo fundraiser

COMMUNITY members embraced the ‘senior citizens’ theme at the Wee Waa United Football Club’s fundraiser on Friday, held at the bowling club.

Grey wigs, oversized reading glasses and walking sticks were the accessories of choice, while pearls, cardigans, floral blouses, dressing gowns and cosy blankets completed the creative costumes.

Organisers thanked everyone who came along to support the Bingo Night and Reverse Raffle.

“What a fun night it was; we loved seeing so many people there and your support means so much to our club,” said committee member Rachel Hamblin.
