STUDENTS from across the region are being encouraged to apply for the 2026 CWA Barwon Group medical grant, a long-running initiative that has distributed more than $300,000 to local students pursuing health-related careers since 1998. NATIONAL Out of School Hours (OOSH) Educators Day was celebrated last week, recognising their vital role in supporting children in before and after school care as well as vacation care during the school holidays. The theme this year was Valuing every OOSH educator, every day.
