For a second straight season the Grumley Builders are the Narrabri Touch Inc A-grade men’s champions.

After defeating Redskins 6-3 in the 2018 decider the Grumley Builders took on Dangardays in a highly-anticipated grand final on Monday evening at Hogan Oval.

Eight of the 10 Grumley Builders who played in Monday night’s final were in action in that 2018 win, while six of the Dangardays players lined up for Redskins in last season’s decider.

The two 2019 finalists delivered a memorable match much to the enjoyment of a large crowd.

The two sides were locked at 3-all when the siren sounded and the match went into a dropoff to decide the winner.

The match was decided when Luke Tuckey dived over into the left corner to plant the ball down to finish a remarkable contest in style.
