The Narrabri Women’s Bowling Club Triples winners for 2019 are Lorraine Scott, Debbie Gleeson and Janet Coleman.
Scott’s team defeated Eva Sadler, Gail Panton and Val Falkiner in the final played at the Narrabri Bowling Club on Saturday.
The score was all even at 11-all after 11 ends.
Scott’s team then scored 15 points over the next six ends to take a 26-11 lead and went on to win the final 27-15.
Weekly social bowls played last Thursday was a Three Bowls Pairs Trophy Day.
The winners on 23 + 9 were Gloria Campey and Dawn Armstrong who defeated Pat Sheils and Lyn Tuckey 22-13.
Runners-up were Trish Allision and Sue Solomon with 22 + 22 who defeated Olwyn Campey and Berice Eather 29-7.
Carol Demamial and Cecile defeated Ronnie Dewar and Di Chessels 20-16.
Rhonda Fitzgerald and Kay Carolan defeated Kay Parker and Heather Caton 18-15.
The 2019 Veterans Singles competition will start this Thursday, August 1.
