after sprinting onto the ball from close range.

The conversion attempt by Blake Fielder was successful to put the Eels up 10-nil.

In an incredible display of determination, the Eels’ Blake Fielder helped keep his side in complete control.

But just before the half time hooter the Titans clawed back into the contest as Fletcher finally scored the Titans’ first try.

Fletcher put his side back into the contest as the sides entered the second half at 10-4.

His third try was converted to take the Eels lead out to 16-4.

But the Titans never gave up fighting and scored a try through Fletcher Williams.

Fletcher’s second of the contest was converted to bring the Titans back to 16-10.

The momentum of the contest was favouring the Titans until some swift passing and a barnstorming run from Nate turned the tables.

With time ticking away the Titans once again tried to mount an all-mighty comeback when Riley Bruce crossed for a try.

The conversion was successful and made the score 22-16 with less than seven minutes remaining.

Despite the Titans’ best efforts to secure an equalising try, it was Nate that was the grand final hero.
