Narrabri looked good for the long weekend despite the horrendous drought. The Maitland street trees add a very welcome touch of greenery and will be fantastic when they grow taller and spread out. Collins Park was a great venue for the ‘Back to the ‘Bri festival – it is a natural for community events, so central and visible to travellers as they cross the Creek Bridge.
