The local index fell in line with the rest of the world falling 1.3 percent yesterday. Any declines over the next week or two down to a possible support zone around 6,800 to 6,900 could be a launching pad for further gains down the track. Time will tell with any big impact on the Chinese economy from the coronavirus likely to have some flow-on to other markets over the short term.
Only twenty-two companies in the ASX 200 rose more than one percent yesterday with Costa Group leading the way with a four percent rise.
A few companies held firm on the day similar to Pro Medicus which looks to be set for a move higher.
City Chic looks to be building towards a breakout.
Cimic shares we hammered after a recent update.
ALS Ltd could be ready for another move, watching.
Emeco has been rising slowly after a bounce off support.
Polynovo looks to be consolidating the recent move up and we will buy a parcel for the educational portfolio.
