Narrabri Netball Association names rep teams to compete at 2020 state titles

Narrabri Netball Association has named six strong representative teams for the 2020 junior and senior state titles campaigns.

The under-12s, under-13s and under-14s teams will all play at the Netball NSW Junior State Titles in Kellyville from Saturday to Monday, July 4-6.

The under-15s and under-17s will both play at the Netball NSW Senior State Titles in Bankstown from Saturday to Monday, June 6-8.

The opens team will play at the Netball NSW Senior State Titles in Liverpool from Saturday to Monday, June 6-8.

This year the opens team will compete in division two, the under-17s will play in division three and the under-15s, 14s, 13s and 12s will all compete in division four of their respective age groups.

The coaches for those six sides were named last year, but the teams themselves were announced on Sunday evening.

Those six sides and their coaches are as follows:

Under-12s: Summer Fernance, Olivia Shields, Maxine O’Connor, Taryn Kirk, Beth Lyndsey, Jamaya Biles, Josie Harvey, Harriet Capp, Ali Murray, Georgia Horne, Grace O’Brian, Klaryssa Briggs (shaddow) and Chloe Jackson (shadow). Coach – Lauren Smart.

Under-13s: Tayla Nott, Chelsie Smith, Juliet Maxwell, Matilda Currey, Callie Lawler, Asher Kelly, Olivia Wilson, Brittney Schwager, Taneika Cochrane and Megan Crutcher. Coaches – Kerry Crutcher and Grace Tomlinson.

Under-14s: Bridie Russell, Millie McCauley, Zara Watson, Amalie Gosper, Lara Sunderland, Holly Ford, Mietta Smith, Layne Parker, Zoe Dumble, Lyneah Mason and Emily Hartnett. Coach – Kattina Ryan.

Under-15s: Lucy Crutcher, Claudia Penberthy, Clare Jensen, Amelie Johnson, Zara Bennett, Miranda Hamilton, Ella Tomlinson, Lilly Maxwell and Tanika Slee. Coach – Tracey Tomlinson.

Under-17s: Emma Redfern, Elsie Platt, May Krishna, Addison Russell, Martha Harvey, Gabby Riley, Cassidy Staines, Charlotte Penberthy, Maddie Russell and Jorjia Baukis. Coach – Bronwyn Noble.

Opens: Lauren Smart, Emma Young, Emma Baumann, Kira Goodhew, Liz Whitley, Sarah Gleeson, Mae Harvey, Natalia Smith, Stacey Dunn, Emma Cain and Ellen John. Coach – Emma Baumann, assistant coach – Jack Lowbridge.
