The hoarding is apparently underway again as Victoria worries about a new spike in COVID-19. Toilet paper is always the prime target, but some food lines as well. “We have a population of 25 million,” an exasperated Victoria Health spokesperson said. “Australia produces enough food for 75 million people – you don’t have to hoard food.”
