Health experts have warned another 30,000 Americans could die from COVID 19 in the next few weeks as new cases run at more than 70,000 a day and the total number of infections passes four million. Yet still people refuse to socially isolate or wear masks in some states. In Australia we are also seeing cases of people refusing to be tested or observe basic protocols.
