The council needs to address the issue of parking for semi trailers in Narrabri. Many hundreds of semis pass through town daily, each with a driver who often wants to stop and buy something – take away food, supplies, make a visit to a store or a doctor – this is a lot of business that is being lost because there is nowhere for them to pull up for 20 minutes. Let’s have a serious look at parking options – this passing business is now more important than ever for our town.
