The Narrabri Golf Club’s 2020 Club Championships will be contested as four individual stroke rounds across two weekends in September.

Round one will be contested on Saturday, September 12, followed by round two on Sunday, September 13.

The following weekend, round three will be played on Saturday, September 19, followed by the final round on Sunday, September 20.

A new men’s champion will be crowned in 2020, with 2019 champion Josh Wilson relocating to Queensland to live at the beginning of the year.

2017 champion Troy Nott and 2015 champion Josh Orman will both contest this year’s championships with both determined to win their second crown in five years.

2019 ladies’ champion Robyn Spence, who has actually been crowned the Narrabri ladies’ club champ 16 times, will defend her title in 2020.

This year there will be A-grade, B-grade and C-grade divisions in the men’s competition, while the ladies’ will be contested across division one and division two.

The top four players in each grade will be seeded for the final round.

Also, any golfer who plays all four rounds will go into a draw for four dozen golf balls.

The winner of the draw must be present at the time of the draw after the final round.

If not won, four individual draws for a dozen golf balls each will be held until all balls are gone.
