The local market has seen some up and down movement over the past two days. First moving down and breaking through a trend line and possible support zone and today moving up to what could become a resistance zone. We will take a small short position today and put our stop in place.
With the Australian dollar breaking above the 72 cents level which had been a stumbling block and the Betashares Australian Dollar ETF also moving above resistance we bought a parcel for the educational portfolio Monday.
After a big run down and a sideways bottoming pattern Costa Group has pushed into new highs and we will buy a parcel today. The big move down often takes some time to settle and unwind before the next decent move up if it comes at all.
Galaxy is hanging in above the support zone for now.
Some travel related stocks like Webjet look to be forming basing patterns and could do well if and when some kind of vaccine comes into use.
BWX has moved above previous resistance.
Paradigm looks to be forming a large triangular pattern. Some analysts reckon it could be the next CSL. Time will tell and we will keep an eye on it.
Data#3 looks to be consolidating the recent move up.
