A Topical reader has proposed a new name for a specific food and beverage event industry in the wake of the Melbourne Cup parties. “Equine events of all kinds are big, all accompanied by food and drinks” he suggested. “Let’s call the industry by a new name ‘horsepitality.” Topical is happy to be the first to float the idea – but let’s see if it has legs.
