Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is likely to be granted lifelong immunity from prosecution for any alleged past crimes by his ‘rubber stamp’ parliament. The move by the Kremlin is to ensure a worry free retirement for Vladimir – if he ever ‘retires.’ Recent rule changes mean he is eligible to remain in office until 2036.
