What a world of difference it must be for all those living and working along the Grain Valley Way, having waited all these years to have that road tarred and maintained.
The community of Boggabri is noticing an appreciable rise in the through traffic since the completion of sealing, linking Boggabri to Mullaley and then on to Dubbo.
Since the sealing of Rangari Road has been announced and funded, therefore linking Boggabri and Manilla, could we please have an immediate start on this road project.
The people living and working and using this road should not be made to wait years, as was the case with the Grain Valley Way.
