Years of voluntary service to the NSW Farmers Association by Liz Tomlinson was acknowledged with an Award of Honour from the association at a small function in Narrabri prior to Christmas.
Farmers Association president James Jackson said he was delighted to make the presentation to Ms Tomlinson in recognition of her more than 19 years service to the agricultural community through the association at local branch level and in regional and state capacities across a range of committees including bio-security, fuel, beef, land use and many others.
“It has been an extensive body of work,” Mr Jackson said.
“Your contribution has been valued and significant.”
Ms Tomlinson responded that she had enjoyed the roles and it had been an honour to work with her colleagues.
