Have you noticed how far south the sun is setting?
In Boggabri, the sun sets in the south west during December.
I wonder, does the northern hemisphere’s winter lose some of its daylight.
I was told in primary school that the sun moves between the tropics of Capricorn and Cancer.
The sun will not shine on the south side of a house.
Moss will grow on the south side of a tree.
Your own shadow will never be on your north side.
This was most important to walkers in the bush.
Now with shadows on the north, a compass will be needed to find the way on the map.
Boggabri town is built on the magnetic north south.
The shadows are very noticeable.
Does the earth get top sided due to all the earth (iron ore, coal and other minerals) being shifted from one side to another?
Magnetic north does not move like the sun.
