Thumbs up to the Inland Rail coming through Narrabri district but I am surprised there have been no concerns expressed about the four-kilometre long rail overbridge which is apparently going to run across the Island Road and the Wee Waa Road near the Newtown Park speedway. Won’t this create noise issues for the people living nearby?
