Following an eight-week holiday break, Narrabri Touch Inc’s 2020-21 summer season will resume for both men’s and ladies’ sides on Monday with round 10 matches.
Headlining the round is a clash of the two undefeated teams in the ladies’ competition.
Both Agies Ladies and Specialised Civil Services have won all eight of their respective matches this season and are first and second on the ladder respectively.
Agies Ladies has the edge due to a superior for and against difference. The top-ranked side has scored 105 tries and conceded just seven.
While Agies Ladies is the best attacking team in the competition, Specialised Civil Services’ defence has been its strength this season. The second-placed side has conceded just six tries to boast the best defence in the 2020-21 campaign, and it has scored 73 times.
The winner of Monday’s match between Agies Ladies and Specialised Civil Services will finish round 10 on top of the table.
Another highly-anticipated ladies’ round 10 match will see third-placed Xtra challenge fourth-placed Redbacks.
Meanwhile, the men’s teams will play their first graded games in round 10 on Monday. The ladies’ teams will be graded after round 11.
