The Mullaley Gas and Pipeline Accord and the Environmental Defenders Office are seeking a review of the Independent Planning Commission’s approval of the Narrabri Gas Project. They argue that the IPC ‘did not assess the gas project’s climate impacts in a way that was consistent with the law.’ The matter is listed for final hearing in the NSW Land and Environment Court over three days from August 30, the Accord advises.
