Many country employers are finding it impossible to find workers, but Gunnedah Shire Council is taking direct action to address the labour shortage. The council has invited the High Commissioner of Tonga to Gunnedah to talk at two information sessions about opportunities for skilled and unskilled employment and the kinds of visas needed.
