The local market is back trading in the mid range of the past month after a spike up early in the week. A sell-off in US markets overnight put a dampener on much of any positive impact the budget may have had.
A similar correction in the Nasdaq index now to that made in September last year of 14 per cent would take the index down close to 12,000 points.
Jumbo Interactive is on the cusp of either breaking the uptrend and support at recent swing lows and moving downwards or bouncing up again from the trend line.
Baby Bunting moved below our stop loss level today and we exited our position. With a few of our holdings moving through stop levels it could be another sign of a weaker market coming over the next month or two.
Hearts and Minds Investments moved through our stop loss level and we sold.
Estia Health is up today as is building products mob CSR.
Resolute Gold is up today and looks to be forming a bottoming pattern.
Former market darling Appen is now out of favour and is well below the 2020 lows.
