Bernie Smith reports that the photo of the ‘parliament’ of Barn owls on his Culgoora Road property (The Courier, Tuesday July 6) aroused interest among bird lovers. Bernie has had callers wanting to talk about the owls and visitors keen to go out and have a look. Meanwhile, the ‘parliament’ remains unperturbed by all the attention. ‘They just sit quietly, even in daylight’ says Bernie.
