Narrabri Bowling Club manager Pat Cullen was delighted to award a prize to the winners of the Narrabri Bowling Club competition recently held for the funniest or quirkiest COVID signage displayed in a business environment.
The winner is Narrabri District Health Service.
Whilst the prize was originally planned to be a dinner for two at the Narrabri Bowling Club, it was decided that to be fairer to the nurses who work so hard at Narrabri Hospital, the prize awarded should instead be morning tea supplies for the tea room, something that everyone can share.
Community Health Service manager Margo Carberry said the Narrabri District Hospital staff were delighted with their prize, and thanked Mr Cullen for the generosity and goodwill conveyed to the community in running the competition.
