NASA is looking for volunteers to isolate in a confined, windowless space for a year as an experiment to see how people will react to living a ‘hermit’ existence on Mars. Boredom will be the biggest factor, NASA says, but notes that there will be a ‘significant workload’ to keep the isolated volunteers busy.
