The Maitland Street Christmas Carnival is back this year and the Narrabri central business block will be closed off for the event. Narrabri Chamber of Commerce has asked motorists to make sure their vehicles are not parked in the CBD block when the street barriers go up at 4pm so they won’t be inconvenienced by being ‘locked in.’
