The wire rope dividers between the lanes on the Kamilaroi Highway from Turrawan south keep getting flattened by vehicles. Why not have a serious concrete traffic divider down the highway instead of the wire dividers which keep getting mown down at 100 metres a time? Concrete barriers would act as a safe buffer – they are used in plenty of other places.
