Recently, Flight Sergeant Rod Harvey-Hall and Corporal Dave Morgan from the RAAF visited Narrabri High School to deliver the annual presentation from the Defence Force Recruiting team.
The team spoke with 41 very enthusiastic students from Years 10 and 11 on the career opportunities available in the armed forces.
The presentation was very well-received, with both speakers afterwards commenting on the exceptional turnout and the high level of engagement displayed by students throughout the talk.
The team was also appreciative of the intelligent questions thrown to them, with many students forsaking part of their lunch break
immediately after the presentation to make further inquiries.
The defence force presentations are a regular part of the Careers program at Narrabri High School and occur on an annual basis. Students who are interested in a military career are encouraged to visit the Defence Jobs website.
