Big dollars are going to be spent on building the long awaited Coffs Harbour CBD bypass. Major construction on 14km of the Pacific Highway to cost $2.2 billion will begin early next year. The four lane bypass will cut out 12 sets of traffic lights, take thousands of vehicle movements out of Coffs and should be open in 2026.
