An appreciative crowd of more than 60 people enjoyed the finest camp oven cooking, prepared by camp oven chef Terry Saddler and his apprentice, Sam Smith, on Saturday evening.
The event at St Stephen’s Presbyterian Church was a fundraiser for Allowah Children’s Hospital and was a great day for the diners and a great result for the hospital.
“A very successful event,” said Rev Smith.
“The weather was perfect and the food was fantastic.”
