GoCo Community Care specialises in providing personalised aged and community care services across the New England and North West regions of NSW, supporting older people in the community to live their life the way they choose for more than 30 years.

GoCo is an approved provider for Home Care Packages, funded to deliver Commonwealth Home Support Programme services, is a provider of Community Transport and also a partner in the delivery of services for the Carer Gateway.

With offices in four locations across the region including Gunnedah, GoCo also services Moree, Boggabilla, Kootingal, Nundle, Werris Creek, Bingara, Narrabri and everywhere in between.

GoCo executive manager, Bruce Mercer, said its volunteers delivered 2400 meals last year and spent more than 2200 hours on the road transporting clients.

“A big thank you to our volunteers, without them we wouldn’t be able to support you to live independently in the comfort of your home and community,” Mr Mercer said.

“GoCo also wouldn’t be able to continue to deliver services without our 55 partners to provide direct care service to our clients. In 2022 this totalled over 25,000 hours of service.”

GoCo is also looking to build on its first focus group held late last year. This formed part of the organisation’s engagement strategy to increase the input it provides to its clients as well as the way it delivers services and operates.
