Narrabri Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle fire in the early hours of Wednesday morning, May 24.
The car had been parked on Tibbereena Street near the Narrabri CBD.
Fire crews were called to the fire at 2.50am and quickly extinguished the blaze after arriving on the scene.
Firefighters used a power-saw to gain access to the engine compartment that was well alight and spreading through the dash into the interior of the vehicle.
The cause of the vehicle fire is not believed to be suspicious.
