It’s on again … the 2023 Killarney Classic.
Pedal the fantastic scenic route from Sawn Rocks to Killarney Gap Road turnoff on Sunday, September 24.
The fun run of 5-kilometres continues around the walking tracks in town.
The annual general meeting for the Nutrien Ag Killarney Classic was held in March this year and a new committee was formed.
Officers appointed included president Gabby Chaffey, vice president Caitlin Potts, secretary Natalie Gourley, treasurer Tracy McMullin, assistant treasurer Annie Lampe, publicity George Gourley, sponsorship Caro Slattery, venue coordinator Ros Williams and committee members Alicia Pratt, Annabelle Guest, Josh Campbell, Meitta Smith and Pam Waters.
The 2022 Killarney Classic raised $10,500 which was donated to local cancer charity groups.
Once again, The Nutrien Ag Killarney Classic caters for all with the long ride, social ride – now starting from Sawn Rocks, Junior/Family Ride – back starting at Mulgate Creek and riding to the Killarney Gap Road turnoff, the Kids’ Classic and Fun Run.
Bring the whole family and enjoy a wonderful day while raising good money for a great cause – all money raised stays in our town and goes to the Narrabri cancer support groups.
