Thumbs up. I agree with the caller to the ABC earlier this week from Narrabri who was saying that when everything is electronic, what happens to transactions when the internet goes down as it did just before Christmas? Many people aren’t obsessed with online banking and social media. Let’s get some sanity back. Now we are told we can’t use cheques because some adolescent yuppie says we all have to be online. Rubbish. Look at the stats. People don’t go searching for information online and I understand stats for this Parkes electorate show one third don’t even have the internet. Which is fine, but meanwhile let’s accommodate them and keep the old systems as well as going electronic completely.
