Narrabri Shire Council said it is “deeply concerned” about the repetitive vandalism of council property.
“Including road signage, which impacts the safety and aesthetics of the region,” said a social media post on Narrabri Shire Council’s Facebook page.
The post shared a photo of a damaged sign on the corner of Spring Plains and Nowley Roads.
“It’s disheartening to see the senseless acts of destruction, which continue to occur across the shire.
“If you witness any act of vandalism or possess any information that can aid us in our efforts to maintain and protect our public property, please don’t hesitate to contact the police and our dedicated customer service team.
“By working together, we can ensure a safe and welcoming environment that we can all be proud of.”
