Outback Shack and Birdies Bistro ready to keep people festively fed

It’ll be a team of 25 across the Outback Shack and Birdies Bistro, keeping you festively fed this Christmas.

Will and the team are feeling the love from the community coming to the end of the year with a fully booked function schedule, but not to worry, table bookings are still available.

“Mostly we want to give massive thanks to all our customers and everyone that’s supported us through the year,” said Mr Brooks.

“It has been an awesome year again; we have seen our customers come out in droves, so we really appreciate it.”

There is still plenty to look forward to, and major raffles and events across both clubs are set to be whopper nights.

At the Outback Shack, the major toy raffle on December 13, and the massive seafood and ham raffle on December 15 will help you round out the last of your Christmas shopping.

At the Golfie, there’s the annual Christmas Ambrose Golf Day to look forward to on December 10, with a golf getaway as first prize, as well as Christmas brunch on December 17 which is still open for bookings.
“So, it’s a very merry Christmas from myself and all 25 members of our crew,” said Mr Brooks.

“We’ll be very busy over Christmas keeping everyone fed and happy.”

Outback Shack at the RSL:

The Outback Shack is seven days a week 12-2pm, lunch and dinner from 6pm.

December 17, open for lunch only 12-2pm.

December 24, open for lunch only 12-2pm.

December 25 and 26, closed.

December 27 to 29, open for dinner 6-8pm.

January 1, club closed.

Birdie’s Bistro at the Golfie:

Golfie Bistro Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm, and Sunday brunch with live entertainment from 11am.

Closed from Sunday, December 24 to December 28.

Open from 6pm, December 29 and 30.

Bistro shut on December 31.
